  1. Skill
Add all the skills required for the job. Search for the skill you want to add, give it a rating, and add it to the required skills. You can add as many skills as needed. But keep in mind, between 5-10 skills are usually covering most.

  2. Skill rating
You have to rate a skill between 'Nice to have' and '5'. A '1' equals a beginner level with a recent experience of less than a year full-time. '5' is the highest score and equals recent five-year full-time experience with a certain skill.

  1. Total annual salary budget
How much money is budgeted for that position? Add this number here. And yes, this will be displayed to full-match candidates only. The labor market is a market. Whenever you are done with the recruiting process with a talent, you should be in the position, based on facts, to negotiate numbers. Just because you have a budget, does not mean that the person you are hiring gets the full thing.

  2. Earliest start date
When do you need the new talent to start? Put the date here. With our matching engine, we consider all talents to be available within three months after this given data.
